This plant is in sphagnum over peanuts in a 3 1/2-inch clay pot. There are seven pseudobulbs and two new growths and stands seven inches above the pot.

This hybrid is Brassavola nodosa x Guarianthe bowringiana. It is also called by the old name, Bc Maikai. The cross was registered in 1944.
